Cel joined Curtain Call Records in 2018. Residing in Mexico City, she has been at the forefront of expanding Curtain throughout North, Central and South America. Cel is the director of Rock Radio Promotion for the label. With years of experience working with international touring bands, in studio and on air, Cel has a wealth of experience is radio promotions, on air and festival coverage, as well as A&R. 

Bringing a true passion for discovering and developing talented artists in the music industry, Neila’s diverse background and hands-on experience in various aspects have had her a part of our team in multiple different areas for many years. She spent decades traveling, touring and embracing local music from across the globe and has settled right into being our Executive Vice President of A&R here at Curtain Call Records. In addition to her role at Curtain Call Records, Neila also serves as Music Director for Rock Rage Radio, Tattoo Metal Radio, MUD Radio, Brews Radio and also Country Rage Radio! Her enthusiasm for music is contagious as well as her dedication to independent and underground music of all genres.
